Account and registration

We require a valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last three months). If you live in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang, the same documents apply. You'll upload these during account setup. Our verification team reviews your documents within 2–4 business hours. If we need clarification, we'll contact you via email. Once verified, your account is fully active for deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals.

Opening an account on upin takes five steps. First, visit our Open account page and enter your username, email, password, and mobile number. Second, verify your email by clicking the link we send you. Third, upload your government ID and proof of address for KYC verification. Fourth, set up two-factor authentication (optional but recommended). Fifth, confirm your account is active and make your first deposit. You can request deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your username. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours. Payments and transactions

We support deposits starting from a minimum amount and up to a maximum per transaction. Each payment method has its own limits; for example, mobile wallets like mobile banking and local payment typically allow deposits within a standard range, while bank transfers may support higher amounts. You can see the exact limits for each method during checkout on upin. Deposits are processed instantly for e-wallets and within 1–2 hours for bank transfers. If your deposit does not appear in your account within the stated timeframe, contact our support team.

If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, the funds remain in your source account (e-wallet or bank). For deposits, check your payment method's transaction history to confirm the status. If the payment was deducted but did not reach upin, contact our support team with your transaction ID and payment method. We will investigate and credit your account within 3–5 business days. For withdrawals, if the request fails, your balance is returned to your upin account automatically. You can then retry the withdrawal to a different payment method or contact support for assistance. We do not charge fees for failed transactions.

Bonus offers on upin vary by promotion and are subject to terms that we display clearly at the time of offer. Typical terms include a playthrough requirement (the number of times you must wager the bonus before withdrawal), game restrictions (which games the bonus applies to), and an expiration date. We do not offer fixed bonus amounts; instead, we announce promotional offers periodically. All bonus terms are binding and must be accepted before you claim the offer. Game rules and features

Security and account care

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your username or email. We will send a password-reset link to your registered email address. Click the link and create a new password (8+ characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols). The reset link expires after 24 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. For security reasons, we do not reset passwords over the phone or chat; email is the only method. Once you reset your password, sign in with your new credentials.

We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by local law.
